Niambi Jaha – Echols

Niambi Jaha-Echols is a nationally recognized Personal Development Consultant and Inspirational Speaker with over 15 years experience working with various modalities of creativity. She focuses on self-discovery and self-actualization while inspiring and motivating young women and girls, using the life cycle of a butterfly as a wonderful model of transformation.

She is the author of “Project Butterfly: Supporting Young Women and Girls of African Descent Through the Transitions of Life,” a reassuring must read for every girl and every adult who supports and/or works with girls.

Niambi is also the founder of both Project Butterfly (a privately owned corporation with the primary focus of creating tools, training and resources for individuals and organizations supporting teen girls and women) and Camp Butterfly (a “sleep” away summer camp for teen girls).
