Niambi Jaha – Echols Niambi Jaha-Echols is a nationally recognized Personal Development Consultant and Inspirational Speaker with over 15 years experience working with various modalities of creativity. She focuses on self-discovery and self-actualization while inspiring and motivating young women and girls, using the life cycle of a butterfly as a wonderful model of transformation. She is the author of “Project Butterfly: Supporting Young Women and Girls of African Descent Through the Transitions of Life,” a reassuring must read for every girl and every adult who supports and/or works with girls.
